Moto Valor offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $99 or more delivered within the United States.

The $99 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Any shipping charges or location-based restrictions will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders Under $99

Shipping charges for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, available shipping method, and the items in your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment and order details have been verified. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, brand, fulfillment location, weekends, and holidays.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays. We will help with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date unless expressly stated at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may ship separately when they are fulfilled from different locations. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive a separate confirmation and tracking number for each package.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping solely because an eligible order is shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if a package is returned because the address supplied with the order was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may take time to appear.

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the package is substantially beyond its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, ask other members of your household, and contact the carrier. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before completing delivery.

If the package is still missing, contact us promptly with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the shipment and, when appropriate, open a carrier investigation. The available resolution may depend on the investigation results.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label where available. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. Eligibility and next steps are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping is not included with free outbound shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping an approved return back to the return location provided by Moto Valor. For an approved exchange or replacement, Moto Valor ships the replacement to the customer at no additional standard shipping charge.

Do not send an item to the manufacturer or to the address shown on the original package unless we instruct you to do so. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before shipping an item back.
